If you have been following my social channels for a while, you know that I am an insomniac. I have difficulty staying asleep…if I even get to sleep at all most nights. There have been moments where I have gone nearly three days without full restful nights of sleep. It’s unhealthy and frankly god awful. It does things to your mind. My anxiety plays a large roll in my insomnia but sometimes, I just can’t sleep. When I was presented with the opportunity review Orb Wellness Sleep Complex formula, I had just had another insomnia moment. I was willing to try anything to see if it would help. I have to tell you, I wasn’t disappointed at all.

Orb isn’t your average run of the mill vitamin and supplement. Orb creates vitamins that are two-in-one formulas. Vitamins and ingredients that are best absorbed by the body in a dry form are beadlets within the capsule (they look really cool). And the vitamins that are better absorbed in a liquid form are just that…liquid in the capsule. Yes you probably spend some time looking at the supplement watching the beadlets move…maybe it’s me?

They really are cool

The supplements have been designed to also be time released. This is paramount when it comes to a sleep aid. In every other sleep aid I have tried, I crash hard and wake up feeling groggy. I also tend to experience bad or very very strange dreams that cause me to wake up either afraid or very confused. I have been using these supplements for two weeks and let me tell you how they make me feel.

The packing is the best.

I have been taking two capsules 30 minutes before bed based on the dosage instructions. I would then either grab my book and lay in bed and try to unwind from the day. The first thing I noticed is that my neck and shoulders would relax about 20 minutes after taking the dose. I carry a ton of stress in those areas, so to feel my body easing into not only a mental rest, but a body rest was incredible. This is due to the melatonin and valerian mixture. I actually smiled. Before I knew it I was out like a light. The supplement has essential oils of Ylang Ylang and lavender to support excellent sleep. A deep focused sleep. My alarm goes off at 5:30 in the morning and I woke up refreshed and energized. I actually jumped out of bed. The sleep complex has vitamin B12 in it, and that is where you’ll get your surge of energy from and it also curves your “hang over” from the melatonin. This is why the time release formula is so important. It just knows what you need and when you need it. I haven’t had a bad night of sleep yet.

Now, if I have made you excited about Orb’s Sleep Complex and you want to know where you can get it, if you have a Costco membership (or can borrow a friends) they have a great value! 120 capsules (which is two “Orbs) for $28.99 in store and $29.99 at Costco online. If not, you can always get them from their website or other various vitamin suppliers, but Costco is going to be your best value. The cost of 30 servings is $39.99…so Coscto is where its at for sure. I’m all about a cost savings.

They look a little something like this at Costco

Don’t forget to check out their wide range of other supplements as well. They all follow the same philosophy and principals when it comes to designing their supplements to help you be a better you and sharpen your focus.

ALL the things!

I hope to continue to use the Sleep Complex to keep relaxing my body and mind and get me the restful sleep I need and have missed. I am interested in trying the Mental Focus + Mood as well as Men’s Multi + Fish Oil formulas next so stay tuned for that. My blog has always been about wanting to help people in one way or another and I am pretty open about my inability to sleep. Some of my friends call me a giraffe…because apparently they only need about 30 minutes of sleep total to function. Thankfully, Orb Wellness has helped me sleep and feel refreshed. I highly recommend it, and want to hear about what you think about it if you try it!
