    I would use the Gatmin VivoActive to track my HR and keep those easy runs EASY. That’s always a challenge to stay in the right zone.

    I would use this to track my heart rate. I am not using a heart rate monitor in my training at this time and that would help as I start my triathlon training this winter.

    I would have worked harder at kickboxing if I was able to track what my body was doing. I would know when to work hard or when to easy off.

    I would use it as a gift for my Mom who needs a fitness tracker. I really think she would benefit from the heart rate monitor. I recently upgraded to a Garmin (from Nike+ watch) so I don’t really need another. πŸ™‚

    I would use it to track my steps everyday. I’ve never used an HRM before, so it would be interesting to start paying attention to that while I’m training.

    I’ve been struggling to get back into a running routine…too many false starts lately. The time change and the election results have given me a much needed push this week. The time change because I’m awake now by 5, and it’s lighter. And the elections results because running soothes my anxieties. I’ve gotten my workout in three days in a row this week. πŸ™‚

    Most of my workouts are walking or running. I’d use the data I receive from my VivoActive HR to to analyze my workouts and challenge me to do better. ‘Beat Yesterday’ also seems like a great metaphor for life. I will continue to serve in my community, but I also feel a deep need to be louder and bolder in my actions.

    I would use the Vivoactive HR to build my core and cross train. Tracking swimming and biking would help me to be a better runner. The heartrate can help me in those core workouts to make sure I get to and stay in the zone.

    I would use this garmin for my training runs and upcoming races! I currently use the Nike+ Run Club app to track my runs, so this would be awesome to have on my wrist.     I would use it to track my workouts. From boxing, to the gym, to running, to gymnastics the heart rate monitor will be perfect, so I know when to step it up, when to push harder, and when to slow down. I can’t keep my phone on my person the entire time, especially boxing and gymnastics.
